Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead
their customer service team and enhance client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service
team
Train and develop team members to ensure optimal performance
Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues and monitor
interactions for improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years
in a managerial role
Strong experience in team management and fostering a
customer-centric culture
Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM tools
Prior experience in a creative or design-driven environment is a
plus
Willingness to work US business hours
