As a Clinical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) you will: --- Provide direct nursing care. --- Manage complex clinical situations independently. --- Collaborate with both licensed and non-licensed team members. --- Monitor and manage acute and chronic conditions in coordination with Primary Care Providers (PCPs). --- Administer treatments, procedures, and medications as prescribed. --- Conduct regular home visits for care, including wound care, lab draws, and other nursing tasks. Qualifications --- Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred; Associates degree required. --- RN-Nursing Diploma or Degree from an accredited School of Nursing or University. --- At least one year of experience working with the frail, elderly, or long-term care population. --- Experience in home care and wound care preferred. --- Current CPR certification by AHA or willingness to obtain. Specific Requirements --- Reliable transportation, a valid Michigan drivers license, and car insurance. --- Age 18 or older. --- Fully vaccinated, or willing to become fully vaccinated against communicable diseases such as Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, Covid-19, and Hepatitis B.
