qualified PCU RN in Lansing, Michigan, 48912 About The Position Job
Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Stepdown Job Duration: 13
weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: 36
hours for 3, 12-hour shifts; 48 hours for 4, 12-hour shifts; 40
hours for shifts under 12 hours (8 or 10-hour shifts). Experience:
Minimum of 2 years required. Must have travel and telemetry
experience, along with interpretation and management of
dysrhythmias experience. License: State license required by start
date Certifications: BCLS by AHA Must-Have: - EPIC charting
experience - Travel experience - Telemetry experience -
Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias Job Description: -
Provide patient care in a Stepdown unit within a magnet teaching
hospital and level 1 trauma center with 632 total staffed beds. -
Maintain patient ratios of 1:4-6 - Float to all adult acute care
units as needed - Work 3 weekends per 4-week schedule - Comply with
non-block scheduling - Complete five hours of non-billable modules
outside of scheduled shifts, focused on specialty needs -
Orientation includes 12 hours of training - Adhere to facility---s
policies and procedures - Preferred experience in ACLS, CPI, NIH,
ventilator management, and conscious sedation - Must have a high
school diploma - Complete compliance documentation by specified
