Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Research Specialist to
support the Patient Billing Department for private pay
patients.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and enter patient information and demographics for EMS
claims
Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to
ensure timely claim payments
Search various systems for additional patient information and
manage correspondence
Required Qualifications
Some billing experience
Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with teams
Computer literacy and ability to work with multiple monitors
Punctual and dependable with a strong sense of accountability
Comfortable asking questions and handling a heavy workload
