--National Account Specialist II provides a single point of contact
service for designated national accounts. Providing support for
designated National Account Managers. Assist in account
implementation and manage national contracts. Support Republics'
products and services by addressing and completing customer
requests related to their program, while abiding by environmental
regulation requirements. Assist in the growth of the company by
motivating customers to further utilize appropriate facilities and
services.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:--
- Manage and oversee designated national contracts and all
associated requirements
- Clearly communicate, both written and verbally, specific
national account terms and program changes and additions
- Facilitate adherence to contractual requirements through
instructing and coordinating with various departments - including
but not limited to invoicing, collections, operations, legal,
billing, etc.
- Research and solve various customer concerns and questions,
including those in the technical and regulatory category
- Take ownership of accounts on all matters, maintaining accuracy
and compliance, and solving issues on behalf of the customer
- Assist customers with waste characterizations and related
documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal
regulations
- Provide excellent/professional customer service (internally and
externally) through telephone, e-mail, or face-to-face interactions
in a timely and accurate manner
- Audit and complete billing, invoices, and required reporting
for national account customers
- Provide support to national account operations, technicians,
and management support team
- Become knowledgeable of and coordinate full use of ES and RS
services and 3rd party services for national accounts
- Work simultaneously with National Account Managers to reach
monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Assist in the organization and implementation of new accounts
as needed
- Participate in on-call support, including periodic after-hours
support, to assist technicians servicing customers nationwide
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze waste and financial data to provide
quarterly or on-request data summaries for customers
- Utilize data analyzed to create MS PowerPoint presentations;
present findings to high-level corporate customers
- Apply and research knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and hazardous
materialsQUALIFICATIONS:--
- Knowledge of RCRA as it relates to waste characterization and
waste processing protocols.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries.
- Ability to convey findings and communicate highlights of
work.
- Ability to present well in a business meeting.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations.
- Effectively utilizes MS Office Suite to improve efficiencies in
role.
- Ability to identify trends and data patterns.
- Solves complex problems and seeks guidance for highly complex
problems.
- Uses knowledge to evaluate issues and define solutions and
provides advice to less experienced team members.
- Ability to conduct training on their specialty.MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:--
- 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in waste
