Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Data Scientist to uncover
insights from customer friction to improve products.
Key Responsibilities
Influence strategy and decisions by providing data-driven insights
on customer friction
Build and implement measurement frameworks, machine learning
models, and NLP/LLM tools
Lead training and mentoring initiatives to foster a strong Data
Science culture
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Data Science or related fields,
preferably with a post-graduate degree in a quantitative
discipline
Expertise in applying various ML methods, including NLP and LLM, to
solve business problems
Experience managing ML projects end-to-end, including deployment
and monitoring
High proficiency in SQL and another data science programming
language (e.g., Python, R)
Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Streamlit, Tableau)
