Job Description:

A company is looking for a Property Insurance Senior Specialist Hazard Claims.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and respond to escalated communications
Ensure compliance with investor requirements and maintain property insurance policies
Oversee escrowed funds and complete vendor scorecards monthly

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience handling default claims in a mortgage servicing environment
Experience with loss drafts in a mortgage servicing context
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience collaborating with technology teams
