Job Description:

A company is looking for an Operations and Planning Associate to support operationalizing its new strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

Provide project management support for key operations projects
Assist in drafting and reviewing key documents, guidance, and policies
Manage grants and contracts related to the Operations team as necessary

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in an Operations, Systems, or Finance role
Experience working in a grant-making environment is a plus
Demonstrated success in project management and meeting deadlines
Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment
