Job Summary
DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to
join our team on a full-time, day shift schedule. This is an
exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered
environment, utilizing cutting-edge technology to provide
high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
Key Responsibilities
Under general supervision and following established policies and
procedures, the MRI Technologist will perform diagnostic MRI exams
utilizing appropriate imaging equipment. This includes verifying
patient identity, reviewing medical records, and interviewing
patients to obtain and update medical history. The successful
candidate will also be responsible for explaining procedures,
setting up equipment, acquiring images, and reviewing results for
accuracy.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must be registered by
the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in
Radiology (R) or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or American
Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT). A
minimum of one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
(ARRT) in Radiology (R) or advanced certification in Magnetic
Resonance Imaging (MR) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance
Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) is also required.
