Job Description:
A company is looking for a Closer/Funder in the Pacific Time
Zone.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and balance initial closing disclosures and manage closing
issues
Coordinate with a cross-functional team to ensure timely loan
closings and prepare loan documents for signature
Manage a pipeline of 50-60 loans per month, ensuring compliance
with federal and program guidelines
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of recent relevant experience in residential
loan closings
Strong understanding of mortgage regulations from origination to
post-closing
Experience managing a large pipeline of closings, specifically 50
to 60 per month
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred
