The position will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating unemployment insurance tax operations queried by employers and UI staff regarding employer accounts. This position provides technical assistance to employers, agency staff, governmental agencies, and the public by responding to web notices, telephone inquiries and interactive internet chat. The position conducts a complete and thorough investigation or review of the account as it relates to all areas of UI, Tax Status, Tax Maintenance, Collections and Employer Benefit inquiries.
