RPA Business Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for an RPA Business Analyst to elicit and document detailed requirements for RPA projects.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and implement RPA solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers for successful RPA implementations
Bridge the gap between business processes and technology solutions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years as an RPA Business Analyst
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
Certification in RPA (such as UiPath Certified RPA BA) is a plus
Experience with process modeling and workflow automation tools
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
