Job Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections of systems and infrastructure to identify necessary repairs or replacements.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a preventive maintenance program.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, ordering new materials as needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
- Train and guide junior maintenance staff in best practices and safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and dexterity for lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


Compensation details: 20-40 Hourly Wage
