Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead IT QA Analyst responsible for
overseeing application quality assurance and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and enhance the automated test framework
Lead test automation initiatives and mentor a team of QA
Analysts
Collaborate with stakeholders to align quality objectives with
business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science is desired
Minimum of 6 years of experience in application quality assurance
testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Minimum of 4 years of automation testing experience using Selenium
and other tools
Ability to mentor and develop junior QA team members
