Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to
manage customer interactions and support policy changes.
Key Responsibilities
Handles incoming and outgoing customer calls
Processes customer service emails and takes payments for
policies
Makes policy changes and endorsements that do not require a
license
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90
days
2 years of customer service experience and/or 1 year of call center
experience
High School diploma or GED
